  1. I’m wondering how we can run at the same pace when Boom, Boom Pow is the ONLY song on our playlist that is the same. Was looking for Bust a Move (Young M.C.), Pump it (Black Eyed Peas), I’m Coming Out (Diana Ross), Clumsy (Fergie), Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it) Beyonce, Paralyzer (Finger Eleven), Real Love (Mary J. Blige), Hell Yeah (Montgomery Gentry)

  2. I know my list is weird! I just re-did it! Some college and R1 influenced music. I just re-did it! I do have Pump it and Single Ladies on my “short run” list.

You must get 8mile on your list. It’s a must have running song!

    Thanks for commenting!

    • I’m looking up some of your songs to see if they would work for me. I’ve gone to shuffling the songs, because I do better with the “surprise” of not knowing what song is next. Which is odd since I prefer to know my route!

  3. tara and i have a lot of the same music! don’t forget superfreak by rick james. that’s a good one too.
