An Update to the Missing Running Clothes

Funny thing happened on one of our runs this week.  As we were running past the scene of the crime, a woman in the parking lot asked us if we were the girls who came in the salon looking for clothes a couple of week ago.

Why yes, we are those girls! Apparently the owner had picked up our stuff and brought it  inside. I cannot figure out why he would do that.

We know he’s not a runner because when runners see miscellaneous stuff usually clothing or water bottles, you know they’ll be running back for them eventually.

We were running in a good neighborhood; no reason to be scared or suspicious of anyone! The only conclusion I can come to is that clearly, he must be from New York.

  1. Clearly! Gotta love New Yorkers!

  2. Hey! Watch what you say about New Yorkers – well upstate New Yorkers anyway 😉

What a great story! They were only trying to do good. It is nice to hear when good things happen these days.

  3. Hey now! I must put my foot down – I am a NYer!!

Born and raised in Upsate NY and proud to say so!!

    =)

  4. Hey now! Glad you got your clothing back but not all NYers would take your clothes.

  5. I am not dissing NYers! I love them! If you read my initial post on the missing clothing, I was only saying they are more street smart than their Midwestern counterparts!

Salon owner was being protective, thank you Salon guy!
