Halfway to Full

I’m on the other side of halfway through 16 weeks of hills, intervals, cross training, short and long runs to my first marathon. What I’ve learned along the way:

Intervals and long runs are hard.
Intervals and long runs are my favorite.

I discovered I love riding my bike.

Running friends make my world go around.
